informed, that the following physicians have an ownership interest in this Center:
Micha Rojany, MD; Karen Simon, MD; Sukhpreet Walia, MD.
The decision by these physicians to become financially involved with Camarillo
Endoscopy Center is related to a number of factors. These include priority case
scheduling, participation in quality care decisions, the location being a close
distance to the office, and the outstanding people who work at the facility.
At Camarillo Endoscopy Center, we are proud that your physician has chosen
to have ownership interest in our facility. Our physician partners play a vital role in
fulfilling our commitment to provide you with the highest quality surgical services
in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment: one in which we would be
